The first time I went to these beaches, it had a rainbow from end to end that lasted about 20 minutes, very charming.
Who am I?
Before continuing, let me introduce myself.
I’m Rodrigo Schmiegelow, an advertiser specializing in Digital Marketing, today I live as a Digital Nomad (what is it), in other words, that I have geographic freedom and can work from anywhere in the world.
I started a trip around the world to get to know places, cultures and regional cuisines and I will bring great surprises from these experiences.
I’m on the Farofa expedition, getting to know regional cuisines from all over Brazil.
The beaches in Arraial d’Ajuda
Fisherman’s Beach – Praia dos Pescadores
This was the first beach I went to. It was necessary to go down the stairs of the little church and walk a little, about 15 minutes of walking. It is also possible to go along the beach itself, as they are connected to each other (just be careful with the tides, some stretches of this connection have a very rough sea, making it difficult to cross).
The beach impressed me with the color of its water and its look, as it was my first contact with the beaches there, everything was impressive to me.
Mucuge Beach – Praia do Mucugê (Beaches in Arraial d’Ajuda)
This was the beach I went to the most, as it was very close to my resort (fancy, isn’t it?).
The beach was very beautiful, I got such a low tide that I could walk to the middle of the sea, this impressed me a lot. I saw a lot of marine life there, even a type of sea slug.
It was more crowded than the other beaches, there were a lot of kiosks and street sellers, it is also where I had a roasted fish that was not very tasty.
Pitinga Beach – Praia da Pitinga
This is the most beautiful beach in Arraial d’Ajuda, it is where you will find the cliffs.
I ended up visiting it only once during my entire trip, but its landscape was charming and the sea seemed to be a little rougher.
I only went once because it wasn’t that close to where I was.
There are bike rentals and paragliding flights.
Taípe Beach – Praia do Taípe (Beaches in Arraial d’Ajuda)
I ended up not knowing this beach, it is just after Blue Lagoon Beach.
Its scenery is composed of cliffs, vegetation and a blue sea. It hasn’t actually many visitors, being quite deserted because the access is by a long walk through the sands.
It is between Arraial d’Ajuda and Trancoso, being 3 kilometers away from Mucugê Beach.
Blue Lagoon Beach – Lagoa Azul Beach
Long time ago, there was a lagoon, which was located between the Pitinga and Taípe Beaches.
Nowadays it is just a beach with calm seas and a place where you can bathe in clay.
Parracho Beach – Praia do Parracho (Beaches in Arraial d’Ajuda)
It is located between the Mucugê and Pitinga Beaches.
Another extremely beautiful beach and, when I went, it was not very full. It has some kiosks, but not like Mucugê Beach.
I even went there at night with my brother to photograph the meteor shower.
It is already possible to see the cliffs, and this makes the beach incredible.
What’s up? What is your favorite beach in Arraial d’Ajuda? For me, they are all amazing and well worth the visit!
