Visit the beaches
Knowing the beaches should definitely be part of your trip to Balneário Camboriú, they are beautiful.
For me, it is a different experience to visit Central Beach – Praia Central, it is full of buildings and has a very different look from what I’m used to.
There are 10 beaches for you to visit in Balneário, so set your favorite ones and put your foot in the sand. As Central Beach – Praia Central is the most famous, it is also more crowded than the others.
Unipraias park Camboriú – What to do in Balneário Camboriú
The park is a tourist complex that connects 3 stations in the south side of the Balneário shore, it goes up to Aguada Hill – Morro da Aguada – and then down to Laranjeira Beach – Praia de Laranjeiras, it connects those spots by cable cars, able to take 8 people and offers a panoramic view. 360° view of the city.
It’s the only place in the world that connects two beaches, so it’s a very unique tour, as well as very beautiful.
Altogether, there are 4 attractions in the park.
The cable car, which gives access to the park, costs 60 reais for an adult ticket (around $12 dollars), children from 0 to 5 years old do not pay and those from 5 to 12 years old pay half ticket ($6).
About the attractions’ price:
Youhoo, a kind of roller coaster, the individual price costs 46 reais (almost $10 dollars) and the double ticket that goes two people per sled costs 52 reais (a bit more than $10).
Ziprider has an individual value of 68.00 reais (about $14 dollars).
Floresta Fantástica (free traduction – Fantastic forest), it is mainly for children and its individual value is 40 reais ($8 dollars). The attraction reaches up to 10 km/h.

Ferris Wheel – Thimgs to do in Balneário Camboriú
When we’re talking about things to do in Balneário Camboriú, riding the Ferris Wheel is one of them. It is the FG Big Wheel and is the biggest Ferris wheel in Latin America, with 82 meters high and 36 climate-controlled cabins.
The city has a Ferris wheel located on a deck right next to Praia Central, located in Barra Norte; it gives an incredible view of the horizon.
The exact address is Estr. da Raínha, 1009 – Pioneiros, Balneário Camboriú, and its ticket costs 56 reais ($11 dollars) for an adult ticket.
Its opening hours are from Thursday to Monday, from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. On Tuesday from 02:00 p.m to 09:00 p.m. and on Wednesdays it is closed.

Rodovia Interpraias – Interpraias Highway
It is possible to walk along the Interpraias Highway and discover up to 6 beaches in Balneário.
Altogether, there are 14 kilometers of highway that run along the coast of the city of Balneário Camboriú. A fun option is to rent bicycles to move in the region.
You will face hills and you will find some viewpoints along the way, and you will have incredible landscape all the way.
Pirate ship – Barco Pirata
A super fun attraction to do. The boat has a pirate theme and several characters. It passes through border of Balneário Camboriú and through Goat Island – Ilha das Cabras.
The tour has an average duration of 1 hour and 20 minutes and the adult ticket costs 65 reais per person ($13 dollars).
